The project named after this book retraces first of all the evolution of the atlas model, throughout a selection of the historic collections preserved at the Geography Library of the University of Padua. Furthermore a specific concern is dedicated to the Venetian area: the city of Padua and its district, Venice and the Adriatic Sea.</dc:description>

Dato poi il primato detenuto per secoli da Venezia nella produzione di questo peculiarissimo prodotto librario, una particolare attenzione viene riservata all’area veneta: la città di Padova e il suo territorio, Venezia e l’Adriatico.
