<dc:description xml:lang="eng">Ca' Foscari University Library System organized the workshop "EOSC. Evolutionary scenarios and developments in Italy " in collaboration with the Italian Open Science Support Group (IOSSG).
It is not the first time that Ca' Foscari deals with Europe Open Science Cloud.
In the past years two important workshops were held in the Venetian university: "New roles in Open Science and Data Stewardship" (2016) and "The European Open Science Cloud versus the Single Research Institution. Design the scenario at local level” (2017).
This third event is an update on the evolution of EOSC after the Vienna declaration on EOSC (November 2018) and EOSC Secretariat; its focus is on "domestic activities", the local national context, where some universities and research centers already act to face the complex "EOSC dimension" challenge.
The workshop, which takes place at Ca'Foscari University Venice in the Aula Baratto on April 3, 2019, involves stakeholders and experts.

Scenari evolutivi e sviluppi in ambito italiano”.
Ricordiamo infatti “New Roles in Open Science and Data Stewardship” (2016) e “The European Open Science Cloud versus the single Research Institution. Drawing the scenario at local level" (2017).
