Class Trematoda
Digenea

1, 2, 3, 4) Fasciola hepatica: sheep liver fluke, the adult is parasite in the bile ducts and in the gallbladder of sheep, occasionally in humans. Oral and ventral suckers are shown. Internal anatomy: branched digestive tract, nervous system with the ventral nerve cord and hermaphroditic reproductive system.
5) Dicrocoelium lanceatum (Dicrocoelium dendriticum), adult parasite of the biliary ducts of domestic and wild ruminants; accidentally it can infest humans, dogs, horses, pigs. Hermaphroditic reproductive system is shown.
