Internal and external structure of a crayfish: antennule, antenna, rostrum, pedunculate compound eyes, five pairs of legs, of which the first 3 pairs provided with terminal chelae. Pleon with caudal posterior “fan”.
The internal structure can be seen after the removal of carapace: stomach, gut; digestive gland; heart with ostia, anterior and posterior aorta; gills; ovary; ventral ganglionic cord.
