Description

Peripatus
It lives in rainforests and other moist, leafy habitats in tropical and subtropical regions and in some temperate regions of the Southern Hemisphere.
External anatomy: head with a pair of antennae, and pairs of unjointed legs.
Internal anatomy of a female individual: nervous system (brain, double ventral nerve cord), salivary and slime glands, digestive system (green), tracheal system, reproductive system (pink).
Separately, on the top, claw-like mandibles; bottom, right, male reproductive system with testicles and seminal vesicles.
