PHAIDRA – Digital collections

This collection presents the production of the academic publisher Ca' Foscari University of Venice, Edizioni Ca' Foscari (ECF), with the aim of pursuing and expanding the main goal of the publisher: to enhance the dissemination of the scientific production of Ca' Foscari, ensuring at the same time the long-term preservation of this important academic heritage.
ECF is a Gold open access publisher of monographs, periodicals, essays and other documents freely available on the web in PDF format.
All its production is peer reviewed and indexed in the most important international bibliographic databases.
The collection started in 2011 and it is continuously increased. The publishers aims at reaching not only the academic community, but also the vast and varied non-academic audience in particular in the area where Cafoscari University has been established for 150 years now.
Born as Edizioni Ca' Foscari - Digital Publishing, since 2022 the Publisher has changed its name to Edizioni Ca 'Foscari - Venice University Press.
